Whirlpool Corp.
In 2000, Benton Harbor, MI-based Whirlpool Corp. began developing a proprietary home delivery service called Quality EXPRESS Home Delivery Solutions. Whirlpool Corp. hired The Lisa Company to envision, write and edit the Quality Home EXPRESSions newsletter for a united group of more than 300 Penske and Whirlpool employees on the project.

Since 1964, SABEW has represented the interests of business journalists at newspapers, magazines and broadcast outlets across America. While a national board member of SABEW, Lisa Holton served as editor of the organization's newsletter, "The Business Journalist" during the 1998-99 year.
